If you are interested in being an Abigail’s Ambassador please contact Faye to discuss
Can you help us make a difference? We need your spare time, network and social circle to raise awareness of our charity and the work we do with baby loss families. The Ambassador role is a voluntary position and crucially fits around your other commitments. If this sounds like something you would be interested in, then an Ambassador role is waiting for you at Abigail’s Footsteps.
Why join Abigail’s?
We appreciate not everyone is able to contribute financially but we know that people are passionate about the work we do.
You can help in a different way, which is just as important, by raising awareness of the work we do. Connect on a more personal level, using your contacts and personal connections to secure funds and support local fundraiser’s.
💜 Raising awareness of the charity and its value to the community and your work place
💜 Supporting local fundraisers with any upcoming events
💜 Introducing our charity to businesses to create corporate connections and support

How do we help?
We want to support you as you develop your Ambassador role and will send out updates with details about all our upcoming events and any planned future projects at Abigail’s.
We will also maintain an Ambassador network, so you can share ideas and troubleshoot with other like minded supporters. Sharing best practice across the group and keeping motivated.
Our expectations will be dependent on how you wish to engage with your contacts, and these will be discussed if you apply to be an Ambassador. However, you are expected to:
💜 Raise awareness of baby loss
💜 Maintain a professional and caring manner at all times when representing our charity
💜 Stay in regular contact with the team at Abigail’s Footsteps
We can offer
💜 An induction session to introduce you to the charity, recognise your skills and identify any ongoing support you may need from us in order to fulfil the Ambassador role
💜 A designated point of contact for support and guidance, when needed
💜 Reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses, when travelling to fundraising events
💜 Full support from team Abigail’s Footsteps
